Ab 1952 eigene Werkstatt in Bremen. Seit 1955 an zahlreichen nationalen und internationalen Ausstellungen beteiligt. 2005 in Bremen verstorben. Die Werke Liebenthrons zeigen h\u00e4ufig eigenwillige Formen und expressive Dekore.
